The program took place on 9–12 February 2026 at Golden City Tulip Hotel Avenue, located in Istanbul. Throughout the summit, participants attended inspiring sessions, leadership discussions, and cultural exchanges with international experts from various strategic sectors.

One of the featured speakers was Mohamed M. Bahgat, Founder and CEO of SeGa Group. He delivered a session titled “Empowering Youth Leaders to Drive Sustainable Change for a Brighter Future.” The theme highlighted the importance of youth leadership in creating sustainable change through learning innovation and talent development.

Professional Background and Global Experience

Mohamed Bahgat is widely recognized as an expert in talent development, coaching, and learning experience design, with more than 25 years of experience in informal education. In addition, for over two decades, he has provided training, consulting, and human capital development for regional and international organizations.

In 2014, he founded SeGa Group as a research-based social enterprise with the mission “Develop Human Developers.” The organization focuses on the Active Deep Learner Experience approach in modern learning development. Besides being a practitioner, Bahgat is also an author of several books, including FIRST Framework, Manager as a Coach, and Introduction to Gamification for Learner Experience. Furthermore, he has contributed to international research publications related to learning innovation and technology integration.

International Contributions and Certifications

He introduced the FIRST-ADLX Framework, an approach that places learners at the center of the educational process. According to him, this method increases engagement, deep understanding, and long-term competency impact.

Additionally, he discussed how technology, including artificial intelligence, can be applied ethically in education. Consequently, participants understood that digital transformation must remain human-centered.

Message for Young Generations

Bahgat highlighted that young people have great opportunities to become future leaders if they develop relevant skills. However, these skills are not limited to academic knowledge. Collaboration, creativity, and adaptability are equally important.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of international exposure in building global perspectives. Therefore, programs like Istanbul Youth Summit provide strategic platforms to expand professional networks and career readiness.

His message encouraged participants to realize that continuous learning and impactful leadership can help them become real agents of change.
