Istanbul Youth Summit 2025 is the eight international youth summit in Istanbul, Turkiye organized by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) foundation, aims to inspire emerging leaders who push the limits of their potential to come together to discuss and implement strategies for Empowering Youth Leaders to Drive Sustainable Change for A Brighter Future. The summit also promotes collaboration among diverse young people from various fields to harness their leadership skills in working towards achieving sustainable development goals. The program will be held on February 17 - 20, 2025.

The Istanbul Youth Summit 2025 will bring the theme Empowering Youth Leaders to Drive Sustainable Change for A Brighter Future with five subthemes: Health (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being), Education (SDG 4: Quality of Education), Economy (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth), Environment (SDG 13: Climate Action), and Peace and Justice (SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions)

Istanbul Youth Summit 2025 will be held for four days starting from February 17 -20, 2025. The program will consist of an International Youth Summit, Global Panel Discussion, Competition on Social Projects and Sustainability, Cultural Performance, Awarding Ceremony, and Worldwide Networking

The objectives of the Istanbul Youth Summit (IYS) are to cultivate the spirit of talented youth leaders across diverse fields, foster and nurture the character of youth leadership, establish a strong presence for youth on the international stage, develop the leadership capabilities of youth, empowering them to actively contribute to their country's development, and create a robust network and lasting connections among IYS alumni to ensure the continuity of the Istanbul Youth Summit program for years to come.

The registration will be held on August 1 - September 30, 2024. Then we will give the announcement for the selected participants on October 10 - 20, 2024.

Participants submit their application on the website https://istanbulyouthsummit.com.

The Istanbul Youth Summit program is funded by participants themselves, but we also offer a fully funded option for top participants. Those who qualify after the initial application process will be invited to participate in the interview round to be considered for the fully funded program.

Participants only need to prepare an essay. For the rules of writing the essay, all the details can be found in this guidelines.

All activities at the Istanbul Youth Summit will be conducted in English, so it is recommended that participants have a strong command of the language.

Participants will receive email confirmation from Youth Break the Boundaries when the application and payment is submitted successfully.

Individuals between the ages of 15 and 35, regardless of educational or nationality background, are eligible as long as they have not been involved in any criminal activities.
